The Housing Authority of DeKalb County (HADC) Family Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Terraces at Parkview, Candler Forrest and Hills at Fairington is closed.

The HADC last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 22, 2021, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Hills at Fairington, had 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

Please note: According to the HADC, "To be eligible, all members of your household must be 55 years of age or older."
